2. Do not watch TV a lot. Sometimes people get stocked in front of the TV for hours. And there are much better ways of spending your time instead of staring at TV. You could go outside for a walk. You can take your bicycle and go for a ride somewhere in the nature. . . Being stocked in front of the TV, it can only lead you to mindless eating of unhealthy snacks and even junk food. So, be active and get moving.
3. Exercise a lot. You need to exercise. Three times per week at least for 30 to 60 minutes. Cardio is very important for weight loss. You can go running, go cycling, go swimming, play tennis or any other sport that you like – anything, and just keep on moving. You can also hit the gym and do some weight lifting as well. It can be great to shape your muscles. So, the point is you need to get moving and you must be active. 4. What you can do as well is five minutes of lunges, push-ups and squats. That will help you a lot to maintain muscle mass. You will have the higher metabolism if you have more muscle, so you will torch more calories.
5. You need to have a big and balanced breakfast. Yes, the breakfast is the most important part of your day and the most important meal of your day. Your breakfast should be made of protein and carbs. The best thing would be turkey breasts, egg whites and whole-wheat toast. 7. Get some nice and uninterrupted sleep. You need to have 6 to 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night. In that way your body will be fresh and your mind will work perfectly. Also, your muscles need some time to recover, so sleeping is very important for your health.
